Brooklands and MB trip

I with a group of mates are going to Brooklands Museum Weybridge early Oct and have researched the museum but not what to do at night there.

We are all young and fancy nightlife, ie pubbing etc. Where is the main drag of pubs in Weybridge and is there a vibrant nightlife within them at a weekend? I guess there are restaurants next to them too ? Also is there any cheaper chain hotels in the vicinity or is it best to get a cheaper out of town one say travel lodge and taxi in ?? If so any recommendations for the locations of these hotels ??

can drive 15 mins further down the A3 to Guildford.... Should have some night life there...

Book a room at the "Oatlands chaser" nice hotel attached to a decent restaurant/bar. Not dear either.
