BT SAP Problem, please help.

Hi all,

I have just put in a MOST UHI phone kit and a MB BT SAP Cradle. Having searched on here and found how to pair it with my N95 I have tried it. Result, I managed to pair the two using the 16 digit code given to me by the COMAND and told the phone to trust the connection.
The phone then goes into remote SIM mode, car says please wait, phone drops out of remote SIM Mode and car says please insert Phone.

Anyone any idea what is going on?

Mine does something like this. It looks like it has all gone pear-shaped, but it will come through eventually. Give it quite a while on the first attempt.

Once you are there though, it is very quick - sometimes even before I have actually got my backside on the seat!

The module is downloading the phone contacts. To do this it has to drop out of rSIM mode and that's what triggers the COAMND messages.

As corned says be patient it can take quire some time if you have many contacts. Once downloaded the contacts will be retained in the module (and subsequent connections will be almost instant) until a different phone is connected and that phone's list is downloaded.
