Anyone else suffering from the change in BT email provider from BT-Yahoo to BT-Com?

It used to be so easy to access emails, now I have to sign into one page, which sends me to a second log-in page, and if I'm lucky, and as often as not I'm NOT lucky, it sends me to my inbox. (got into a loop this morning, each page referred me to the other............)

Is there a fix? Or even a contact number?

Yes it is a pain, but what email programme have you got on your pc?
 
I guess you're looking at it through a browser. I use Windows Live Mail for personal email - once set up, it's just one click to open it and download email. It's great as I have about a dozen accounts so it gets all the email in one place.
 
I changed mine over during November without incident.
Only issue I have is that there is no drop down list for e-mail users so we both have to do a full sign in to access e-mails. No big deal really.
Have you checked if there is a contact phone number on your monthly bill?

Hate the new Home page

Also if you close the page before it has finished loading, the page re-opens.
Only happens when using XP and ie.
