Bubbles and rust

Hi everyone, got a 2002 w210 model black mercedes. The bottom of the drivers door, the drivers side front wheel arch and around the boot button are becoming rusty and bubbly....is it possible to repair and what kind of costs would it be I know without looking at it it may be difficult to give a price but I believe this is a known issue with this model and year so I suspect I ain't the only one

If you want a professional repair it could get pricey . But as you said we cant see the rust so im not sure . If they arent to big though you could have a crack at it yourself !!
