Tyres: Michelin Front 245/40 R18 ZR
Rear 335/30 R18 ZR

Try getting winter tyres for that!

Very nice car, one of the forgotten retro supercars. I often think I should get a blue one to park next to my silver one.:D

They've done their best with the turd polish there, but I've always found the 110 an ungainly looking thing..

But I guess someone will snap it up as they're nothing if not rare and the classic car market is going all silly again. I think the OP's estimate may be on the low side..

Cheers,

I think £750k is a bit low, it is the GT not an SS. Its a love or hate car to look at.

Personally I love it, along with the Ferrari 288GTO and F40. It has the purposeful look that I go for.

it's a bit... Dated?
That dash was stolen out of Maestro, surely? lol ;-)

Thats what happens when cars get old. Personally I prefer the simple old school look to having a load of nav screens and buttons lit up like a Christmas tree.

Love it but I prefer the XJ220 in the 'looks' department.

I see Mitsubishi 3000GT mixed with Subaru SVX, and a little Alfa Romeo SZ for good measure. None of them lookers in their own right..

I wouldn't call the F40 pretty, but that wasn't what it was about - it was all about going quicker than the 959. The 288GTO on the other hand is a thing of beauty..

The Xj220 is a beautiful looking car, it made quite an impression on me when I first saw one as a boy. My Father and I where Dropping the Lola off at Millbrook and a 220 appeared from a junction. Off course, we stopped and let him out! I can still picture it now. I then had to get the 1/18 model:D

I've just looked again at the pictures of the EB110 and the XJ220 and only one word entered my brain.

Scalextrix.

Whilst I can believe that the Bugatti is a well designed car and that beauty is in the eye of the beholder I still think that the Bugatti is "functional" and the Jaguar is rather beautiful.

Speak to MacTech , a member on here about the XJ220 .

He was part of the R and D team and was tooling around in the prototypes and the finished car for quite some time.

XJ220 is in my dream car garage , as is the XJ13 if it ever came up for sale.

An XJ220 can still sometimes be seen in captivity. The pub car park in Astwood of a sunday lunchtime!

Why did they do so much work to a car that's done so few miles???

Cars still need servicing on a time scale, not just miles. Most of the parts would degrade a lot quicker than if the car was actually used.
The Fuel tanks have to be replaced after a certain time for safety reasons due to there construction, pretty much like an ATL cell. Quite normal on very specialist cars like these and F40/GTO.
Carbon Fibre can degrade alloys so specialist maintanence and inspection is recomended.

Sure but why would you need to do this on a car that's had one owner and covered 530 miles from new
The complete interior was taken out, cleaned and re-installed

Rattles ?
