Having decided to update my owned from new 2014 CLS 350 before I enter into retirement in a year or two I have to say I was quite surprised to be informed of the “new” MB buying process.
As I want a “specific” colour combo I’m advised the car has to be a back order and if it throw a £1000 deposit in the general direction of Germany they will then be “encouraged” to give be an approximate build date. The deposit is refundable so I have no problem with that but has nobody experienced a time typically it takes MB to respond with the info?
