Well I swapped the 3 pointed star for the 4 rings, an S4 black edition
4 weeks later some scrote breaks in while we are all out at work and nicks all the wife's jewellery and the spare key to S4
Even left my Omega Seamaster watch on shelf above draw where spare key hidden in bedroom?
Now car is in garage for 2 weeks having full lock change!!
Not a happy bunny!
At least they did not get the car

Feel for you and your family John.

It must be a sickening feeling knowing some low life has been in your house. Very small consolation that your other half or kids (if you have any) were not home at the time.

Great looking car btw.

Ant.

P.S. Denton lad here. :D

Hope the scroats get their just rewards.

Can't additional keys be deleted from the memory on Audis the same as Mercs?

The spare has Skeleton key so full access to doors boot etc... So insurance deemed the car not secure

If I ever find out who it was they will get their just rewards!!

Well, as I said better your family was out. But a shame you wasn't in as I'd want to have been.

My dad once dragged a young lad in his garage (that had broken into the house) where his chop saw was set up on a bench. He attempted to cut a few of the burglars fingers off (falsely) to teach him a lesson. The 'lesson' continued until the police got there. Dad ended up in court. But never got bothered again once word got around the Denton area :D

I live in Scotland now, small village, small community and the last crime ended up front page news in local rag because a shed was Brocken into and a strimmer was pinched!

Hope it all gets sorted mate.

Sorry to hear that. Us Tamesiders need to stick together

So good. To hear the truth. People who think they're posh usually say they live in 'Cheshire', not Tameside.

On a bright note too, they didn't get the seamaster .....phew. Got two of them, love em. Had one of the chronos first, doesn't fit under proper suit shirt cuffs so come my 50th dear wife suggests I get a dress watch. Yup one of the no chrono ones ones :) :) lol
