Buy a new C-class or wait for the CLA?

Because most people are boring and don't understand refinement? :p

Or perhaps they realise things have moved on from 20years ago....

The diesel gives thrilling acceleration (in 350cdi guise) and terrific refinement without excessive noise like a petrol car when you are pressing on.

We're not getting into this old argument again Steve. I know that petrol's best for me and that's all there is to it :p

Oops my post should have read that the C class is in a different category from the A and CLA - sorry.

Thanks guys, she didnt like the feel of the A-class preferred the c-class;

As for the performance I think diesel will be fine in 250 or bigger spec as yes the cayman would be faster, but I could be wrong but I dont think she ever red lined tge porsche and used the midrange torque more, in which point I think the diesel will suprise her as it probably has a lot more

Thanks for all the advice now to hunt down the best deal in the northwest area
