Hi,

Im looking to buy a vito crew cab 2017 onwards but with 6 seats and auto gearbox.
Almost 99.9% are 5 seaters.
Does amyone know how much it cost to convert the front single passenger seat into a double?? So i can factor this in to my purchase.
Thanks

Sorry I've no knowledge of the 447 so any thoughts might be misleading.
Have you considered insurance implications?

Yes as long as the conversikn is done by a proper company then there is not to much issue..

What happens about the passenger airbag?

Have a look at a company called cabmasters for a double seat. They strip out brand new vehicles to be made bulletproof, special forces, police all that sort of stuff. Have a look at their website you'll be amazed at the stuff they've got for sale.

I’m on my second w447, I have a 2017 auto crew cab, it’s a great vehicle.

it’s easy to swap the seat for a double. the Facebook owners group is full of people wanting to go the other way, from double to single passenger seat so you’d get someone to swap with £ your way easily. Airbags are all the same.

Yes for sure you can bolt a double seat in, I'm just slightly surprised if the factory setup has no difference in airbag configuration for two front seat passengers versus one.
