Buying Advice CLK230K with 90K

A friends has seen a Clk230K cabriolet for sale, its a V reg facelift with tiptronic box.
Ive had more than a few mercs but never had anything with such high milage (except the w124-170k, buts they might as well be another brand of car), any major problems to check for? And how much life is left in it?
Just a few opinions needed really.

How do you define life? It will run forever assuming that things are replaced if they break and it's serviced when it says to

Just make sure everything works, a lot of stuff breaks due to lack of use rather than too much use, check all the electrical stuff especially the power roof which has dozens of expensive sensors and other fiddly bits in it.
