C Class 350 and E Class 350 engines

Hi

I am looking into buying either a C Class 350 or E Class 350 2012 onwards.

Is there anything I should be looking out for regarding engine wise (or anything else for that matter), e.g. camshaft issues as I am aware of prior to 2007 there were balance shaft issues.

I have a C Class 350 2008 at the moment and am very happy with it but am looking for a newer car with less tax!
