C Class Coupe 220d - First Mercedes

Beautiful looking car! :thumb:

Why did you have to wait 7 months!!?

Ordered November. Given March delivery date. Got call in Feb saying delays due to shortage of leather dashboard. Told new delivery date will be late May. Car came a bit early. Sad news I have to pay an extra £310 in VED over next 5 years. Softened with a further £1450 discount to my order price.

Ordered! :bannana:

I went for the 220d in the end. Took it for a test drive and found it more than responsive enough. Also there was a bit of diesel rattle on start up but once it got going she just glided through the air.

Mid July is my predicted delivery. CAN NOT WAIT!!

Edit: Is there any way of downloading the manuals so I've got some reading material while I bite my nails in anticipation?

Congratulations..
I'm sure you'll enjoy it. The time from now to July will really drag though.
Good luck.

It'll be agony. Really looking forward to hanging up the punto keys once and for all! By which I mean passing them on to webuyanycar or other quick sale company. Mercedes offered me a lowsey £1000

You can download the manual from the Mercedes website.
Click on Owners Area at the top right.
Then ownership and Car care and select C-Class Coupe under the Mercedes- Benz Guides.
Under Interactive Owners Manual select Operating Instructions/Owners Manual.
Then you click on whatever section you want.
If you want to download it to your computer you can click on the print icon but instead of printing it save it as a PDF file on your computer. You will have to do each section individually but it is easily accessible for future reference.

Brilliant! Thanks for that.

They should really add a button for downloading the whole thing.
