C Class Coupe Speaker Grille

First post, so 'hello'

My father has a 2005 C Class Coupe and has somehow managed to break the speaker grille on the passenger door (near the B-pillar). I've done a few searches to see where I can get a replacement but nothing comes up. Where would be the best place to try before I go to MB and empty my wallet?

Very common for the seatbelt not retract properly and when the door is shut it jams the seatbelt buckle into the speeker grill

You're right about that - my drivers side grill has been cracked all over the show by the seat belt.

The last I looked into this they are plastic welded to the door card so it is a little tricky to replace, but not rocket science.

Yep - first job when i bought mine - and yes, they are plastic welded and fidly to do.

horrible job to do... you have to remove the door card and drill out all the old welds... then use a heat gun or old soldering iron to melt the pegs... a job i hate
