C Class Coupe Sunglasses Holder

I took delivery of a new C Class Coupe AMG Sport (62 plate MY2012) in September 2012 and my wife got her new MY2013 C Class Estate AMG Sport Plus a few weeks later.

Now that we have a little sun for the first time since, the issue of sunglasses storage is an issue.

My wife's Estate has sunglasses storage in lieu of a grab handle above the driver side window ... mine has a handle

Is there anywhere I can order a storage box to replace the handle? Official MB or otherwise.

OK ... so part arrived from Germany last week but I only had a few minutes free on Friday afternoon to look at it before heading off for the weekend.

Anyone have a clue how to remove the existing grab handle above the driver window? I managed to get the plastic inserts out but not sure what else is holding it in place?
