C Class Sports Coupe C200CDI

Just looking at a C Class Sports Coupe C200 CDI Auto, and wondering if anyone drives one and can give me an idea of the average mpg. I currently drive a BMW 320d, and am seriously tempted, but don't want the mpg to be much worse than the BM, as I do a serious amount of mileage

Dunno how close it is but I`ve got a C200 CDi Auto Saloon, getting 35mpg around town and 45mpg on a run. It does have the full sports pack, lower suspension, 17" wheels and bigger brake pack, but not sure if that makes a difference or not. I`m doing about 1500 miles a week and can highly recomend the engine, go for it mate.

I have changed from a 320d to a C220 CDI Avantegarde. The BM I was getting 53 mpg and the MERC I get about 45mpg (all motorway). My own opinion is that I wouldn't have purchased the Merc if I didn't think that it was worth the drop in MPG. Now after driving I'd say the BM has a better engine, but the Merc beats it with everything else. No comparison.

My C200 CDI estate has averaged 47 in my ownership. Individual trip averages are around 37 in town and 52 on a long motorway run, but it is very right-foot dependent
