Hello all , i'm considering installing a C.D.Changer to my 2006 W203 c class, which model changer is compatible and also what loom do i need to connect it to my comand unit?

The unit i'm looking at is Part/model numbers are MC3010 and A 203 820 90 89, is this compatable with 2006 c class

I think the changer you require fits into the glovebox top compartment.
Its a 6 CD unit and I believe its MP3 compatible.
The unit is the MH 3512 (MOST) part no. A 211 870 61 89
However, check first before you buy. I might be wrong.
Alfie would know for sure. He is Mr COMAND.
I think the unit you reference is suitable for C Class cars UP TO year 2004 ONLY (not facelift).

Thanks, i 've tried searching the forums but seem unable to verify the correct part number as there is so many different versions for different vehicles, i.e. the one you suggest is a w211 part number not a w203? but fits a c class, confusing!!!

Just fitted one today from e bay, very pleased with the results, and a big thankyou to alfie at comand for supplying all the necessary loom and fitting kit and everyone else for the information
