C124 Door sills

Alright Chaps?

in need of some c124 door sills in mushroom.

anyone able to get hold or have a pair? if they are cheap from MB might get them from there. thoght id ask here first.

Silver trimmings are lifting off and getting jammed and crinkled under the door.

..super glue isnt an option.

i just need reasonable nick ones, without the silver trimmings peeling off.

Peel both the silver trimmings off completely to tidy things up until you can find some second hand.

ive basically snapped a little bit from the edge of the alu strip so it doesnt get caught in the door. makes that nasty sound when ppl get in.

not a good look when that happens, cuz they think they have broken somthing!

its sorted for now. thinking of getting some alu strips cut to size from somewhere..

i know there's illuminated and the merc-benz over sills. but i want to stay original although i am tempted with the non illuminated ones.

whats the opinions on the illuminated sills?
