C124 Seatbelt Presenter Function

Hello, I’m curious if the seatbelt presenter is an additional function or all of the coupe models have it?

It is standard on all 124 coupes and convertibles but its quite common for them to fail as they get older.

Usual problem is the gears shedding teeth. Easy enough to find second hand replacements.

The original plastic teeth on my seat belt thingy have broken off finally....can anybody recommend me to a good source for buying replacement gears? I've found a place on eBay that does them for £40 delivered but they're 3D printed and probably from some guys bedroom, so I'm not sure how...
