C180 kompressor - noisy supercharger

My 2005 c180 sport has started making a noise from the super charger, I believe the pulley is whining! Does anyone recondition these or have any advice on replacement etc

Could be the S/C bearing but really the car needs to be taken to a MB expert.
Do you have a Merc indy' nearby that could check the car out. No good replacing parts unnecessarily.

As above, but the good news is the SC seem to be very cheap and easy to source.

It's a **** was of doing things, but if you get a big screw driver and attach it to the area of noise and your ear to the handle it should act as a ghetto stethoscope.

Although at your own risk, if you end up slipping and eaten by the engine belts, your responsbility

Going to take it to a local specialist this week to find out for sure. I have a warranty with the car, so hopefully that will cover it to as a bonus.
