C200 W203 2001 Power Steering

The power steering is starting to make a whining noise on my C200 W203 2001. Can someone let me know the usual things to check and weather its easy to change over.

Is the noise continuous or only when turning the steering wheel?

The usual things to check are the steering fluid level and the serpentine belt tensioner.

Hi

Only when turning the wheel. More noise when on full lock. I also wanted to change the fluid but not sure where the drain plug is located. Do you have any photos of where this is as well as the sepentine belt tensioner.
