C200 w203 telephone

The telephone in my C200 2006 has stopped working.

Where can I find the phone unit?

On the W203, the kit for the Convenience Telephony option (if fitted) resides in the centre arm rest under the shallow storage cubicle.

No, I mean the main telephone unit, with which the central console thing communicates as well as any other mobile bluetooth device.

Yes, it's inside the centre arm rest...... in the lower part. You can't get to it without removing the arm rest.
