C200k engine oil

Hi everyone !
I'm going to service my wife's '54 reg C200 Kompressor coupe on Saturday & just want to know what the correct grade of oil is recommended for this particular engine ??
Any help would be most appreciated

Put your reg. number in the Eurocarparts/Halfords website, and they will tell you.

Make sure you have the right socket dor the oil filter.
It looks like it is a pig to remove but it is actually very easy
And if you use a Pela extractor it is a fifteen minute job.

Go to MB parts as there oil is cheap and the right spec.

Either MB Spec Sheet 229.3 or the newer 229.5 will be suitable for your engine.

Viscosity 5w-30 or 5w-40 or 0w-40.

5w-30 is a common choice.
