C207 - Bluetooth issue with Android 10?

Hi All,

I have a 2011 E350 Coupe. I had this issue at the beginning of the year when I updated my phone to Android 10. I rolled back to Android 9 because of the issues, but I updated my phone again yesterday to Android 10.3.6 (Oxygen).

My phone no longer seems to like connecting to my car. it will either
- connect quickly (then it will suddenly disconnect again)
- won't connect at all (like it can't detect the car)
- connect and work fine (may take 20 minutes before it connects)

I've tried this on my dad's 2011 E250 Coupe, and it works perfect. No issues at all and connects straight away!!! Frustrating.

Is there an update I need to to my car for it to work with my phone?

Bluetooth version in car
S/W stack ver: BTD-NR2 12-01.55...
sw f/w ver: c0490

Have you tried deleting the pairings in the phone and the car and starting again?
