C207 dipped beam replacement

Does anyone please have a recommendation as to where best to source this part please? Also, being very novice in the car diy area, how easy/difficult is such a part to self-fit?

You mean to replace the dipped beam bulb? I'm sure it will be described in your owner's handbook.
