Recently a week before the daylight savings change this month my C207 changed the time back an hour.. which in the 13 years I've had it.. it has never done incorrectly. I looked at the date in Command and it was wrong showing 14.03.04 now this is a 2010 model and there is no obvious way to reset the date. It had the Airbag swapped about 1year ago by Brooklands.. and all the vehicle consumption numbers were reset, so the battery was obviously disconnected for the airbag swap. It has full service history.

Is there a hidden menu to change the date in command?

I have turned off daylight savings in the clock menu.. nothing on the car other than the time appears effected..
anyone have a fix?
I tried looking in the menus with my iCarsoft 11 MB but there I nothing in there for the command system. Satnav is working fine.

That is odd.

If I am not wrong, the date and (UTC) time is retrieved from the navigation system.
Is the navigation working correctly?

Google "GPS date rollover" - this happened a year or two ago, and theres only fixes for newer cars.

All Navigation systems are working.. Maps are out of date.. last update 2013

To expand this, it may be fixable with Xentry diagnosis. Somehow the system needs to understand the date went back to zero after 1024 weeks Theres procedure to do this on NTG5 and mechanisms for NTG1/NTG2. I just haven’t looked on 4/4.5
