C215 aircon compressor replacement question

We all know how cars are. Having treated it to new shoes it decides to pack in. the aircon compressor has died, shearing it's pulley, didn't damage anything else thankfully. My mechanic has an identical compressor from an ML 350 but the pulley diameter is 10mm larger. Aside from a slightly larger belt to stop the tensioner slapping, is there anything else I should be aware of.

You can buy the pulleys on eBay for around £40 if you wanted to put the correct sized one onto the replacement

It’s s cl500 right? They are replaceable because I’ve done it !
