    Hi,

I have used this forum before and had a good time getting help and feedback for my merc. Might have gotten confused by which forum i have used the most --- oops.

So i am need once more for an error that has come up this morning on my cars instrument cluster.

Can someone advise what this error means please and what i should do about it. Is the car driveable whilst i hunt around for a solution. It was ok this morning getting into work.

    Cheers,

I had the same message come up on my CLS, all I did was change the Auxillary battery in the boot, it is a small motor bike size battery, that had stop start battery label on it an a merc part number, I found the exact battery on amazon for £50, 5min job to fit. don't know if the Aux battery on a C class is in the boot or not, but I am sure someone will come along soon and tell you where it is located

Yes, the auxiliary battery is in the boot in the spare wheel well in the w204.
