C220 BLUETEC DIESEL MB A SERVICING

I have a 2014 c220 blue tec diesel car and I called to service my car which is due for servicing A but I was alarmed to hear 550pounds at Mercedes-Benz local dealer but kwikfit says 256[mot fee inclusive].The car had a Mercedes benz servicing B last year before MB dealership and was thinking service A is cheaper. I was told my RAC breakdown is automatically renewed as long as the car is serviced at MB.Can someone please confirm that this is the price range at mercedes benz and is this true Ffor my RAC breakdown subscription.

Main dealer servicing tends to be relatively expensive - high overheads drives a high per hour labour charge. Personally if the only choice were MB at £550 and Kwikfit at £200 I would go with MB. However there are other more sensible options - namely finding a decent Mercedes independent specialist. It will be cheaper than the main dealer and your car will be properly serviced. Try googling or post another question on here with the title recommended independent in Aberdeen area?
