Hi. I've done a leak off test on my 02 c220 cdi. Would you say number 3 injector is knackered?
Number 3 filled up straight away as if the fuel was going straight through it.

I'm trying to upload some pics

I've changed the injectors, started a lot quicker than before. Revving up and idling on drive way. Took car on to road throttled up and she just cut out with EPC light on dash.
Car will not start but if left a few minutes the car will fire and run for a few seconds then cut out again.
Any help would be great fully received

You have luck of fuel pressure I bet. Do a leak off test again.

I've just done a leak off test. (managed to get it to run long enough) the diesel on number 1 is very low, number 2 and 3 is about double the amount and number 4 is a massive difference also it looked like air bubbles in the diesel on number 4. The car then cut out again.
Number 1 injector was fitted at Xmas by a merc specialist
I've bought number 2,3,4 as refurbished injectors. Could all three injectors I've bought be faulty

I've just be back out to look at it. The 3 injectors that I've replaced are pushing fuel back up the injector hole.

Before fitting the injectors I've recut the injector seat, new copper washers, and tightened up to 7nm then 90 degrees and 90 degrees again.

Could the sleeve in the head be knackered?
I'm getting desperate now as don't really want to keep throwing money at it

So the copper injector seals are leaking too? You need to remove them and have a look at the seat on the head. Do you have good fuel pressure on the low side?
