Hello,

Just want to share my last project with a 2016 C220 BlueTEC.
It was an AMG package with 18" wheels, but i want to change some things to look better, so i went with:

19" Veemann Wheels
C63 replica Front bumper
C63 rear diffuser and quad exhaust tips
Trunk spoiler
Windows molding de-chrome

The thing that is missing is the lowering....since the car have OEM Air Suspension the solution could be the Lowering links...let see..

Very nice but without the engine upgrade may be a little embarrassing at the traffic lights. How do you intend to replicate the V8 sound?

Thanks. I'm not worried about this because it's not a car to make drags on traffic lights ;) ... but I like to have a car with a more sporty look.
Not in my plans right now....but maybe with an Active Sound System (like those that come from factory on Audi's SQ5 and SQ7 with diesel engines).

I know far less about these than the W205 but lowering that air suspension by OBD is possible surely

As far as i know yes it's possible with the Mercedes Star system but here it's not easy to get access to that...so the lowering links will be much more easy and they can be adjusted (manually)

Looks great! - Yes it doesnt have the engine, but it doesnt have the running costs ether.

Thanks! Yes, for me the running costs of a petrol engine were out of range... i made around 50.000km per year so the diesel here is a must have (until i move to the electric power) ;)

I made a C43 AMG clone and a CLK63 AMG clone. both attratched some negativity on here regarding not having the engine.

I have an AMG now which I love, however I do miss the modding days where I sourched and fit non standard parts :)

I made a Bmw M3 E90 clone and it took a lot of work to build that...but really it's a pleasure to do this type of projects ;)
But you can also mod the AMG ;)

That's a really nice looking motor,
OK so it's not a proper AMG , so what, it certainly looks the part.
And definitely without the running costs. :)

great looking car, i did the same to my 205 a couple of years ago, used a chinese copy from alibaba, disintegrated when i hit a barrier, thinking of doing it again, where did you get your kit from, bumper and diffuser ,I have the pipes
thanks
