Morning everyone looking for a little assistance if possible.
2014 (64) C220 Coupe.
Customer vehicle, unfortunately her dad had been putting red diesel in it and seemed to have blocked the system slightly, all been cleaned out etc. (cut out and wouldn’t start)
Can’t get her to fire up,
Have 4 BAR Low pressure pump.
Have 248BAR cranking but I’ve notice it doesn’t actually hold any pressure, seems and sounds like the fuel is just running straight through the system,
The only physical issue I can find is the fuel relief valve, when plugged in HaynesPro states 12V to the harness at the plug, I’m only getting 1.4v, however when I send a flash of live to it using a price the solenoid clicks, it has a little movement back and forth at the plug,
So just to confirm
4BAR. @LPFP
248BAR @HPFP (cranking)
Stop cranking 0-BAR at rail
Attempted to block return no difference,
Leak off test was 30 seconds of cranking the diesel came up the pipes around 3 inches equally across all 4 clylinders.
Thinking relief solenoid jammed, Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
