Good morning,
Please can anyone offer advice?
I have a C230 Auto Coupe 2005 and the original radio head unit switches on and lights up, but there is no sound - just a faint buzz when you switch the unit off. Can anyone suggest how to resolve the issue please?
Also, the drivers seat belt dash warning light stays on when the seat belt is engaged and clipped in - however, when you open the drivers door it goes out - can anyone offer any advice please?
BTW. I have checked the passenger seat occupancy mat and it functions as it should. I have also replaced the drivers seat belt stork and the door switch so I am fairly confident these are OK. However, I was wondering if the seat belt mechanism is wired, as the belt itself can be a bit slack to the torso, but it does lock when pulled hard as it in an emergency.
