C230K AC Pressure Switch

SO my fan is permanently on and my AC doesn't work even though its been fully charged.

Plugged in DAS and found B12/2 Pressure Sensor switch is at fault - when plugged in Fan constantly on. When unplugged fan run normal/stops

Obviously with faulty B12/2 switch the AM compressor won't kick in. So need to replace.

Now my question.... can I just unscrew the switch, quickly replace with new one and voila all ok OR would it leak AC gas?

Anyone ever done this job??

Just had mine done. The gas had to be vacumed out before you take the pressure switch off, if you don't you risk contamination of a nasty gas.
