Any sources ?

Try eBay. I found some chunky hard rubber ones that you can modify if necesssary.

There's another type with a groove in it. Whichever suits your jacking point best or can be modified to suit.

I thought there’d be a specific one for each model availability but one of the generic ones will do .
I’ll just cut it to suit.

Note that the Mercedes and BMW cuboids are slightly different. The Mercedes ones are taller for a deeper hole.

If you want a good fit go for the taller looking ones.

I bought a couple from Powerflex, as they are properly moulded out of robust material same as the bushes and I'm more sceptical about things carved from hockey pucks. About £10 each. There are various types, so check the fitting against the jacking point under the car.
