C250 Fault Code P0101

Hi all

I’m having an issue with a my C250 2013. I was on the motorway, put it in S mode, put on my foot down hit around 3,800rpm, few seconds later I lost my boost power. Took it home in limp mode with the engine mill light on. I have diagnosed it, it comes up with fault code P0101. Which is mass or volume air circuit range/performance. I have taken out the filter and cleaned it, it was still the same. Bought a new MAF sensor, still nothing after I cleared the error, it just comes back. Checked the continuity of the fuses they seem fine. Bit lost on what to do except take it to a specialist to diagnose. For any air leaks. Would Anyone be able help with this? Thanks

Your W204 C250 CDI will have the OM651 engine.

That said, it really needs to go on STAR and have proper diagnosis... throwing parts at the problem can be pricy.

Yeah I’m thinking of stripping it tomorrow to the EGR and check for any cracks along the air inlet. Apparently the EGR being block can cause this code from being stuck open or blocked. Is that right?
