c32 Air Con Problem

need some help with a bit of a weird issue, I have a 51 plate C32 with electronic climate control & when i turn the Air Con on the passengers side is extremly cold as it should be but the drivers side still blows slightly warm air, theres no leaks in the system & its topped up as it should be, any ideas what this could be? also when i turn the air con/heating off there is a hissing noise.....

any ideas or thoughts what it could be or has anyone come across this in the past?

Could be totally wrong but that wont stop me now.
