Unless of course you have a thumping great V8 sitting where the seats/bunks should be.
Then it gets a bit uncomfortable.

Also, watch the video to the end and you will see the AMG catch up.

Did you look at some of the other videos? Several Porsche-based Campers that looked extremely quick on the track. At least one had 500+ bhp, I think that V8 one 'only' had about 270.

Aerodynamics and possibly gearing, the AMG would have a much higher top speed.

Looked to me the VW shut off at the coned finish line and the AMG carried on acclerating into the braking area

For a C32 //AMG it dosnt really move off the mark quickly, i think a muppet was driving it.
