Typical - it's really cold and my driver's side heated seat has stopped working!

I'd really appreciate any advice on this - the switch button no longer lights up when I press it, and the seat doesn't heat. Passenger side is fine.

Does this sound like a switch issue rather than the seat being a problem?

Also, is it possible to just swap the driver and passenger seats over? I'm driving solo these days so the passenger seat doesn't need to heat.

Hi, unfortunately mine has also stopped except the back still is working on mine, not the seat itself...I heard it was really difficult/expensive to replace the heat pads...you could try the fuses and look at the wires under the seat...

Just had my C55 drivers heated seat base replaced. Would have cost nearly £600 if it was not under warranty. There is a DIY way if you google it or it's on the other merc forum.

Comes with the leather that's why it's expensive, there are heated seat elements on eBay that have been mentioned before, unsure how good they are though
