Wow, the orange peel in the paint around the rear RHS arch and panel near the filler cap! That's something else!
Not the end of the world and especially not for the price; I would just expect it's already had wheel arch repair previously and a substandard paint job, as the doors next to it look a lot flatter in the paint finish.
