C350e model Version

Hi

I have Mercedes C350e registered in September 2017. i have only had it for 3 weeks, it is an amazing car. Just need to check something if someone can help.

I am not sure which version it is ie W204 or W205

I am looking to upgrade the screen for the audio system, so need to know which version I have before I commit myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have attached a picture if that helps
