How to set the Pre Entry Climate Control? This icon is not showing in my Mercedes me app.
On my screen, these options are showing:
- Lock Status
- Vehicle Status
- Tyre Pressure
- Service
- Trip / Data
- ECO Display.

It only displays functions you have purchased, so you’d need to get the additional service packages. It may have changed, but when I renewed I found pre-entry needs two bundles....

The app ‘helpfully’ offer a quick link to the Mercedes Me store if you scroll down on the home page.

If you believe you have the packages, then log a call with support.

I went on the MercedesMe app to puy the ”Remote and Navigation Services” package. This got validated within a minute, and the ”Pre Entry Climate Control was there, ready to configure.

Now you can ‘enjoy’ the unreliable nature of the thing! It’s great when it works, but it’s far from reliable. To clarify, it works fine once set, it's the setting that is the problem.

Well, I may add a few new and unknown words to my vocabulary in the process, but at least, we have a solution
