Great cars but unless the mileage is tiny and the service history is incredible I would say that’s more than just a bit overpriced.

The one thing I would add to that, given it's got Irish plates on it is I would say any buyer needs to pay close attention to the condition of the suspension and the sump.....

Having driven many miles in Cork, i've lost count of the amount of times i've winced as i've travelled over what is little more than farm track with a raised central strip of grass and many hidden rocks - and that was in a Golf SDi. Enough said

Its a strong rise in asking prices, I doubt any are translating to sales

P113 PJA, I remember it being on eBay a couple of years ago as it looked rough then, but forget if it sold and for how much.
Now looking a bit rougher, currently at £1420 with 5 days to go, I can't see it legitimately going beyond £3k.

You are not wrong with your figures pal. Mine was just over that and that was just the labour costs All the panels and parts were supplied by me, but I got the result I was hoping for!
