Having parted my failed w124 twin turbo project I'm now looking to sell the remaining engine components if possible.
The c36 block developed some issues whilst the car was being run in and I did not have the patience to endure another interminable engine rebuild after the problem was diagnosed.
What remains would be of some use to those looking to follow a similar path but at considerably less cost
I will sell individual items should there be any interest but would prefer to move the lot as I've currently "lost" a spare bedroom to oily engine parts !
The following is a brief but by no means comprehensive list of what I have...
C36 forged pistons and 600hp rated rods
Lightened, knife edged and balanced c36 crank.
Ported cast c36 head with new valves
2 x Garrett gt28 turbos on Mosseleman manifolds adapted to fit on m104 engines
Copper gasket (unused) for turbo applications
c36 starter motor
Bosch 720cc injectors (not shown)
Trigger wheel for turbo applications
Modified c36 sump for turbo applications
c36 camshafts
And boxes of "bit's" with all sorts of other stuff in !! Timing chains, lifters and nuts and bolts aplenty.
Happy to post anything but it's all pretty heavy so it won't be a small cost. Collection/inspection is from Southampton and if anyone would like anymore info or pics I'm happy to oblige.
