Hi guys I had a look on the forum and can't seem to find an answer , I have flunked a dimming drivers side folding mirror I bought a pair of normal folding mirrors for my c43 and the drivers one was dimming don't think seller realised!

I have already installed dimming rim, just wanted to know what wiring is needed to connect it up any help much appreciated

Thanks

You need to ascertain whether you have two pink wires on the driver side, car side door, mirror plug, you most likely will my 43 did.
You will then need to buy a wiring loom, it only consists of two cables, which run from the drivers door separation point (a group of plugs and sockets in the footwell) up the "A" pillar to the interior light unit. This loom has specific crimps one end to go into one of the footwell plugs and a connector on the other to clip into another existing connector at the interior light unit.
I think I have the loom pt no somewhere and from memory it is about £15-20 from MB, it is excessively long, as it is meant for a 210 e class, I just taped it up and lost it in the footwell cable way.
