As long as you remove the looms yourself with plenty of pics, or you have an obliging mate (with electric seats) that would let you refer to his car.
Problems may arise fitting 43 seats to a preface lift motor, but still should,nt be that hard to do, as pre facelift motors still had electric seats.
NW Merc has done this I believe, though i,m not sure whether his are heated with Ortho function as well.
I,ve been looking for a Designo interior for my 43, and i was gonna fit my present black 43 interior into my C230K, so in a few months i may speak from experience.
