Sheltering from the heat (ahhh) reading the threads and browsing, thought Wheelie might like this

Mercs Belgian site still features the C43 and is in English.

and this

Quarter mile test results

Life´s a bitch, the pool calls...

On holiday in Spain until 31st, so can´t be there, but hope you all have a good time.
Cheers,
Guy.

Wheelie,

At the dealer today & he looked on his system for any C43's, and he couldn't find any in the country. Saloon or estate!

Happy hunting

Just wanted to complement you on yor avatar that's all <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> Enjoy your hols.

Thanks for the good wishes <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
Avatar is from here.
Click on AMG series / C32 / Technical.
Some good stuff on there, and the wheel generator is always good for dreaming how to spend your money...

Wheelie,

I´m really into spending your hard-earned on a C43! Nothing better than spending OP´s money. <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
But you should read  this thread.
It sounds to me very similar to the problem that Billy had with his C32, and could never get sorted. <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>
So if you do find one that suits, check out carefully how well it shifts.

Cheers Guy,

Interesting read, especially that a few peeps are experiencing the very same problem...
Its a while until I will change but I'm keeping my ear to the ground as these cars as so hard to find, especially in estate form....

Cheers

Wheelie

There is a C43 Estate on Ebay, 2000 model, 20000 miles. There is no picture and not much of a description, might be of interest to you.

Jim.
