C55 AMG F1 Paddles rare?

Very few cars for sale with them.
Worth having?
Rare?
Easy/hard/expensive to retrofit?

Basically should I look for a car with them?

Based in Norway, so LHD cars...

Functionally the same as buttons but are they less easy to flick accidentally when manoeuvring?

You need to remove steering wheel, cut with a Dremel holes in the steering wheel and dismantle the old shifter buttons.
