C63 (204) door speaker change

Hi guys anyone change the front door speakers and tweezers in their C 63 is it a minefield or is it as straightforward as I think it’s going to be and is it worth it I’ve got to take the door cards off anyway so I thought while I’m in there might as well upgrade to speakers but the information I’ve received from various people have told me that there is no point it is too complicated and you have to spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds on modifying the hi-fi self before changing speakers is this true does anyone have any information thanks Simon
