@Muckypaps that just proves that bottom line you're typically still saving more when the discount is greater despite the variable base price.

Buy the Brembo's 2 piece Floating disc 360mm from Autodoc.
Cheaper than the factory 1.5 (techinically non floating) disc.

Slight weight saving and handles better.

Are we saying to use the Brembos for from and rear discs or just for one?

I also have a merc extended warranty which will no doubt be a factor if they 'fail' [highly unlikely but you can see where I am coming from.... :) ]

You can use either. Front and rear or mix and match all depending on your personal choice. Brembos from Autodoc generically cheaper than MB one and does the job. Not heard of any issues with them at all.

Mercedes discs are manufactured by brembos I believe

Thanks for sharing this. Really useful. I always knew ECP did the silly random discounts but not Autodoc.

Hi all,

These are the part numbers that were give to me by MB Newcastle.

Front Discs: £770.57

Front Pads: £260.20

Rear Discs: £303.21

Rear Pads: £175.64

Total as of 22/11/2021 = £1509.62

I fitted PowerStop Z23 Carbon Ceramic pads all round to my S63 AMG Coupe from Rockauto USA. Very pleased, no dust, fast delivery, about a week from the States. Good price even with shipping (select FedX, not various carriers,) only a couple of pounds more. They come with new spring clips, new locating pins & a tube of lubricant.
Would have bought discs also but the shipping was very expensive due to weight. Got Brembo (rears only as the fronts were ok) from Autodoc but delivery was a bit slow. I was not in a hurry so it did not really matter

Needing help navigating the autodoc website for the correct part numbers. Is the attached screenshot correct? These are for a C63 507 coupe

Just bringing this one back to the top as I'm needing help with the attachment of Autodoc parts. Unsure if they are correct.

Thanks

@Widowmaker507 that's all correct except for the front discs. You've got the 390mm version but if you have a 507 they're still only 360mm. You need 09.9764.23 instead.

Hi all, just bumping this up to check that I have the correct part codes to replace the front and back pads and discs on my C63 507

First of all before you do anything , make sure you have the original discs, and pads fitted . Some owners update the brake system with larger calipers and some times the discs . And like you the new owner is not aware of it .

As far as I am aware, they have the OEM brakes and discs on them. I know that the OEM ones are Brembo and I would prefer to go down the OEM route but I am struggling to find part numbers as my local MB garage won't share these with me

Try another dealer.

This is the second time I’ve read about MB dealers being secretive with part numbers recently (other thread was regarding coil packs)

It’s frankly ridiculous they aren’t able to help customers by sharing a part number, and I’ve never encountered similar from BMW, though it could be dealer dependant.

It’s quite astounding really…

I've had the same ref radiator wont give me a no
