Lovin the look of that. Tbh there are only a few cars that can pull off matte. That first pic looks more like a satin finsh though

I see a matt black BMW 3 series on my way to work. Looks iffy. Actually, it always looks as though it needs a really good clea and is really quite dull.

I have read elsewhere it is a satin finish.
